Cultivating healthy daily habits is crucial for maintaining long-term health. We have established daily health habits and standards for users, which have been proven to significantly improve human health (additional habits will be continuously added):

  2. Daily Walking

    • Standard:Walk at least 10,000 steps per day.

    • Benefits:Increases daily physical activity, improves cardiovascular health, promotes weight management.

  3. Regular Standing

    • Standard:Especially for individuals sitting for long hours in offices, stand for at least 5-10 minutes every hour.

    • Benefits:Improves blood circulation, reduces health risks associated with prolonged sitting such as cardiovascular disease and musculoskeletal issues.
