Daily Walking

Regular Standing
Standard:Especially for individuals sitting for long hours in offices, stand for at least 5-10 minutes every hour.
Benefits:Improves blood circulation, reduces health risks associated with prolonged sitting such as cardiovascular disease and musculoskeletal issues.
